How do I find events?
There are several ways to find events at intheok.com. First, the At a Glance page will show you any events on the calendar that are happening within the next 7 days. If you click "View Calendar" you can see a month at a time. A blue highlight indicates events happening on a particular day; click on the date to see a list of events. Finally, you can click "Events Index" at the bottom of this page to see all future events.

How do I receive email notifications whever a new event is listed in my town?
You can manage subscriptions on the calendar to receive emails about events happening in anywhere in Okanogan County. First, you'll need a free account. If you don't already have one, you can sign up here; it only takes a couple minutes. Once you have an account, login and visit the Subscriptions page. Choose a town or city from the drop-down box there and click "Add City." That's it, add as many subscriptions as you'd like; and whenever events are listed in those areas, you'll get an email.

How do I list an event on the calendar?
Before you can list events, you'll need a free account. If you don't have one already, you can signup for one here; it only takes a couple minutes. Once you have an account, login and visit the New Event page and fill in relevant information about your event there before clicking "Submit." The first time you go to list an event, you'll be asked to upgrade your account. This is completely free and is simply a measure to help reduce spam and other unwanted material on the calendar. You'll be asked to provide some basic information about your business or organization, after which an administrator can approve you to post events. You'll only have to do this ONCE.

I've already listed an event; how do I modify my listing?
First, make sure you are logged in to your account. Then, simply go to your event listing and click "Edit Event" near the bottom.

Can I list events for multiple organizations using the same login?
At this time, you need a seperate account for each organization you wish to list events for. However, this is a feature we plan to add to the calendar in the future. Keep an eye on our Developer's Blog for information on this and other upcoming features.
